Additionally, he is Certified Carbon Literate through PRME and The Carbon Literacy Project, strengthening the climate and sustainability dimensions of his interdisciplinary work.
Professionally, Shrey brings over 13 years of experience spanning strategic communication, higher education, social development, academic administration, stakeholder engagement, digital storytelling, and institutional operations. His work has consistently involved translating complex ideas into clear communication, building systems, coordinating across stakeholders, and connecting knowledge with institutional value.
He spent seven years at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, working across media communication, institutional storytelling, leadership engagements, student media, multimedia production, academic examinations, convocation processes, alumni support, and the early integration of generative AI into communication and academic workflows. Earlier, at Faith Sansthan, he worked in child rights and institutional care, leading communication, documentation, outreach, and dignity-centred storytelling for children living with HIV.
His learning journey extends far beyond conventional academic pathways. Alongside a PGDM-MBA and postgraduate study in digital marketing and communication, he is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law and Policy through National Law University Delhi and WWF-India. His wider lifelong-learning portfolio includes more than 100 interdisciplinary learning engagements across United Nations learning ecosystems and many other global institutions, spanning artificial intelligence, conservation, environmental systems, sustainability, policy, communication, spatial learning, and systems thinking. This journey also includes field-based wildlife conservation training at the Wildlife Institute of India.
Through PWF and his wider professional and learning journey, Shrey continues to explore how education, ecology, technology, institutional experience, inner inquiry, and systems thinking can come together to support more thoughtful forms of learning, leadership, and human development.
