Kendall is a sophomore at Vanderbilt University studying Medicine, Health, and Society; Political Science; and Communication of Science and Technology. She is passionate about menstrual health advocacy, with a focus on advancing equitable health policies. As a Sex Education Intern at Vanderbilt’s Women’s Center, she promotes accessible and inclusive sexual and menstrual health education. Kendall plans to pursue a career in public health research or medicine.
Ingrid is a sophomore at UW–Madison studying Nursing. She is passionate about improving menstrual health, promoting equity, and reducing stigma around menstruation. At Passionate Period Project, she helped lead the team by managing finances, product fulfillment, and fundraising. Ingrid hopes to carry her advocacy into her future career in healthcare.
Maria is a rising senior at Mound Westonka High School with a strong passion for advocating equality and women’s rights, especially in menstrual health policy. She oversees social media and operations for Passionate Period Project. Maria plans to pursue Medical Sciences in the future.
Edie Hollenstein is a senior at Mound Westonka High School passionate about women’s rights and equality, particularly in menstrual health advocacy. She focuses on the expansion and development of Passionate Period Project. Edie plans to pursue Medical and Environmental Sciences
Avery Pearson is a senior at Mound Westonka High School dedicated to advocating for menstrual health. As a co-leader of Passionate Period Project, she manages finance and product fulfillment. Avery plans to continue helping others by pursuing a career in the medical field.
Georgia is a senior at Mound Westonka High School with a strong passion for educating others about menstrual health. She oversees fundraising and events for Passionate Period Project and is excited to be involved and continue learning.
Applications for new PPP leaders will open in summer 2025 to prepare for the transition as the current seniors graduate.
