Tom Nicholas built the PassingBy app as a Free app and is intended for use "AS IS."

To provide you with a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to precise geolocation.
The app uses location services to: Show your current location on a map and to Calculate distance to local points of interest
The location data is used only within the app to provide these services. It is not stored on our servers, and it is not shared with any third parties.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We do not share your geolocation data with third parties.
4. Your Rights and Choices
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may also manage location permissions at any time through your device's settings menu (e.g., turning off "Precise Location" or changing permissions to "Never" or "While Using the App").
5. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
