HEALTH ADVANCE INC. (referred to as "we" and "our" and "us") understands and respects your desire to maintain your privacy. It is our priority to maintain your privacy in all of your dealings with us, including through your use of the PasoGana running app (“App”). 

We may in the course of providing our services to you be required to collect your personal information. 

This Privacy Policy is intended to explain how we and our related entities will collect your personal information and protect your privacy. 

Our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Privacy Policy”) does not apply to third-party products or services or the practices of companies that we do not own or control, including other companies you might interact with on or through the Services (collectively, the “Services”).

Information we obtain

Through PasoGana, we may collect or ask you to provide personal information including (without limitation) the following: your username, gender, email address, password, IP address, photos, unique device identifiers and other identification credentials and biographical details. 

With your consent, we collect information about your position and physical movements so that the PasoGana app can function properly and monitor and verify legitimate activity. You can turn location tracking on and off through your mobile device's operating system settings. However, if you disable this feature, we will not be able to collect information about your steps and GPS / Cell ID location, and we will not be able to track your movements or convert them to rewards.

How We Use the Information We Obtain

We may use the information we collect for the following purposes: 

To provide the services. 

To verify your physical movement and location and issue rewards based on this verified data. To respond to your requests and inquiries. 

To perform market and customer research. 

To communicate with you, includes informing you of updates to the PasoGana App, PasoGana Website, our Terms of Use/or this Privacy Policy. 

To operate, evaluate, and improve our business (including developing new products, enhancing and improving our Services, managing our communications, analyzing our products, and performing data analytics, other internal functions.) 

To respond to your requests and inquiries. To protect against, identify, and prevent fraud and other criminal activity and claims.

Your personal data will be kept only for as long as is necessary. We take reasonable industry-standard care in keeping all our data secure and in preventing any unauthorised access or unlawful use of it. All personal data we store and process is handled strictly in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Information Sharing

Certain of your personal data may be shared with other players of the PasoGana App as part of the normal operation of the Services.  Additionally, we may, from time to time, expand or withdraw our business which may involve the transfer of certain divisions or assets of the Company to other parties, and the data we store and use, where relevant, may be transferred to such third parties. From time to time we may also transfer the data we store and use to locations outside the US and European Economic Area, some of which may have different data protection laws to the US, the UK or the EU. In all such cases, we transmit such information only to entities that comply with this policy and applicable law.

Security

Your personal data will only be kept for as long as necessary. We take reasonable and industry-standard precautions to ensure the security of all our data and prevent unauthorized access or illegal use of it. All personal data that we store and the process is handled strictly in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The PasoGana App and Website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our App and Website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience while browsing our Website and using our App and also allows us to improve our services. 

A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that is stored on your computer when you use the PasoGana App or PasoGana Website to remember the actions taken by you. Cookies used by PasoGana do not collect any personally identifiable information about you, but may be linked to the personally identifiable information you provide to us through our interaction with our website. 

The length of time a cookie is retained on your computer or mobile device depends on whether the cookie is a "persistent" cookie or a "session" cookie. Session cookies remain only on your device until you stop browsing. Persistent cookies remain on your computer or mobile device until they expire or are deleted.

**Third Party Access**

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. Prevent this from happening (that is, "opt out") by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the marketing email or by sending an email to team@PasoGana.com with the subject "Unsubscribe". You have the right to change your personal data that we hold about you. You have the right to ask us about the personal information we hold about you and request a copy of your personal information. You can exercise your right to access this information by sending an email with the subject "Data Access Request" to team@PasoGana.com. You have the right to delete your account and the personal information we hold about you.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.

You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, please visiting "mine"->"setting"->"delete account", section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.

Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Updates to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Notice may be updated to let you know about changes in how we collect and process your personal information in PasoGana to reflect material changes in our information practices. The date when the document was last updated is shown at the top of this Privacy Policy. In the event of any such change, by continuing to use the PasoGana App or PasoGana Website you agree to the relevant change.
