TRAVEL WITH FAITH, HOPE, AND LOVE 

The faith, hope, and love in our lives depends on the faith, hope, and love that we put into our choices and actions. Regardless of fleeting emotions, outside circumstances, and opinions of others, we are ultimately responsible as high integrity leaders to fill our choices of thoughts and actions with faith, hope, and love. These three key choices to integrity and maturity allow us to enjoy our life and leadership journeys even more. Above all, the three high integrity leadership mindsets and practices empower us to most positively impact those we meet throughout the day. Ultimately, positive impact is what ethical leadership and a fulfilling life is all about.

POSITIVE CHOICES, POSITIVE CONSEQUENCES 

There is true power in the thoughts and actions that we choose to make daily. We can either choose not to lead our lives by just going through the motions or we can intentionally make the choices necessary to lead from the front. Leading one's life from the front refers to creating the psychophysical momentum needed to not just count the days but to make every day count by putting adventure, wonder, and excitement into every step. We can choose to be passive or be proactive. We can choose to be overcome by evil or overcome evil with good. We can choose to be negative or choose to be positive. The more positive choices we make, the more positive our impact will be on the people we connect with every single day of our lives. The power to choose right over wrong is an incredible gift that God gave us. We are to be responsible stewards of this gift and serve people as leaders by generating and giving as much faith, hope, and love away as possible.  

DISCOVERY, ACTION, AND BREAKING BREAD WITH PEOPLE

As we continue to press forward with strength, dignity, and great empathy on our leadership journeys, the following picture story intends to spark genuine curiosity and interest that lead to more discovery, action, and drive in venturing out and maturing through the gift of travelling. The idea here in not so much to travel far away, though doing so has its perks. Most importantly, the key inspiration is to think new thoughts, speak new encouraging words, and walk down new streets to acquire wisdom and invigorating connections. Positive leaders are blessed and fortuitous to realize that the adventure of intentional exploration has the power to incredibly augment our loving, learning about, seeking to understand, and breaking bread with the many very rich, magnificent, and abundant cultures that are all around us both far and close by alike.
