Arturo's Party Supply - Rental Policies

Thank you for choosing Arturo’s Party Supply! To ensure a safe and smooth rental experience, please review the following policies:

1. Damage to Furniture
   If any tables or chairs are broken or damaged during your rental period, you will be held financially responsible for the repair or replacement cost.
   
   

2. Lost or Damaged Items
   You are responsible for all rented items. If an item is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be required to pay the full replacement cost.
   
   

3. Bounce House and Mechanical Bull Safety
   Arturo's Party Supply is not responsible for any injuries that may occur while using the bounce house, mechanical bull, or any other rental equipment. Adult supervision is required at all times Price differs with the distance as well.
   
   

4. Children’s Safety
   It is the responsibility of the renter to supervise children during the event. Arturo's Party Supply is not liable for any accidents or injuries involving children on any equipment.

5. In-Store Pickup & Return
   
   

   1. All items picked up in-store must be returned the next day.
      
      

   2. You must present a valid ID at the time of pickup.
      
      

   3. All payments must be made in-store at the time of pickup.
