It depends on the number of Inflatable Rentals, Tent Rentals, and/or Table and Chair Rentals scheduled for delivery on the given date. In general, we deliver Inflatable Rentals 1 to 4 hours early to the Party/Event Rental start time that the customer requested during the scheduling process. If enough rentals are reserved for that day. We may deem it necessary to deliver a day before the actual date of your reservation. This is to assure that, barring unforeseen circumstances, our delivery team will be on time or early to your party or event. We would always contact in advance to ensure early delivery is possible. We enjoy camping in parks, however the majority of parks do not offer electricity. But have no fear! We provide generators for hire that may be supplied and installed alongside your inflatable. Also, as a reminder, parks are on a first-come, first-serve basis, so be sure to reserve your site early in the day.

The majority of our inflatables, including all of our character bounce houses, are 15 feet by 15 feet, which is slightly larger than what most rental companies offer. Please take note of the space requirements for each jump, since some are EXTREMELY enormous and require additional space. When in doubt, measure the area to ensure that the object will fit. Jumps require space to be staked and for the blower, and they cannot rub against buildings or trees, as this could harm the games. The dimensions mentioned for each inflatable include space for stakes and other accessories. Yes. All of our Inflatables and Party Rentals require a Credit Card deposit of a minimum of $15. Deposits cannot be refunded (with an exception of rainy weather). Refer to our weather cancellation policy page for further information regarding cancellations due to inclement weather.

We can put up on Grass, Asphalt, and Concrete. Grass is our preference and greatest for children. Unfortunately, we cannot set up on any form of rock, as the frequent rubbing will deteriorate the vinyl.
