Text instruction 

To create a template (do 1 time):

1. On your computer, open the folder with photos and the list of promotional codes that you need to add

2. Sign up on canva.com (free acc is ok)

3. Click on Create a design , select Custom Size

4. Enter the size of the picture: usually it is 1500X1500, if not, you can see it in the File Properties

5. Select a picture on your computer, press Ctrl + C, return to Canva and press Ctrl + V

6. Next, left-click on the picture and select the Set image as background option - it will be re-sized to the entire window

7. Click on Text on the left and select Add a text box

8. Drag the text box to the frame under the promotional code, adjust the size, color, font, enter the first promotional code

Further, depending on the purpose

If you need to insert different promotional codes on the same picture:

1. At the top of the picture, click on Duplicate page - the same picture will appear, but below - just enter a new promotional code in it

2. Do this as many times as needed

3. Click on Share - Download, make sure Select Pages - All pages is selected

4. You will download the archive with all the pictures - unpack and send to partners

If you need to insert the same promotional code on different pictures:

1. At the top of the picture, click on Duplicate page - the same picture will appear

2. In the new picture, click on the trash icon to remove the background, copy and paste the new picture, make it the background

3. Click on Share - Download, make sure Select Pages - All pages is selected

4. You will download the archive with all the pictures - unpack and send to the partner

Further, you do not delete the template itself - just delete all unnecessary pages and leave only the very first one

The next time you visit Canva, you will see your template on the home page and you can use it again
