Partner4Luv is a dating and social networking service for users aged 18 and over.

The system may consider age preferences, gender and partner preferences, maximum distance, lifestyle information, personality questionnaire responses, and other profile preferences selected by the user.
The recommendation system does not make legal decisions or other decisions that produce similarly significant legal effects.

Approximate location may be used to:
Discover nearby profiles
Calculate approximate distance between users
Apply the user's selected distance preference
Exact GPS coordinates, addresses, and street names are not displayed to other users.
Other users see only approximate distance information, such as "5 km away."

Partner4Luv uses the following third-party service providers:
Google — authentication, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting. Processing may occur globally, including the United States and Europe.
Apple — Apple authentication and in-app purchases. Processing may occur internationally.
Meta Platforms — Facebook authentication. Processing may occur internationally, including the United States.
Agora — real-time audio and video calls. Processing may occur in Agora's supported international infrastructure, including European and other regions.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud services and face-liveness verification. AWS EU (Frankfurt).
Native device speech recognition — speech-to-text functionality may use the device's built-in Apple or Google speech-recognition service, depending on the user's device and operating system.
Where required, international transfers are protected through applicable adequacy mechanisms, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other legally permitted safeguards.

Audio and video calls are provided through Agora.
Partner4Luv does not intentionally record or store the content of live audio/video calls unless a separate feature clearly informs you that recording is taking place and obtains any required consent.

Active-account data: retained while necessary to provide the Service.
Deleted-account data: deleted from active systems within 30 days.
Chat data: deleted, anonymized, or unlinked within 30 days, unless legally required.
Technical/security logs: up to 30 days.
Backups: up to 90 days.
Face-verification data: deleted immediately after verification.
Financial/accounting records: up to 10 years where legally required.
Inactive accounts: may be reviewed for deletion after 24 months of inactivity.

No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Subscriptions, VIP features, coins, and other in-app purchases are processed through the applicable Apple or Google payment platform.
We do not intentionally store complete payment card details.
Transaction and accounting records may be retained for up to 10 years where legally required.
