Hello! Welcome to my website.
I am pursuing a PhD in Mathematics at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Mohali, Punjab, India. My supervisor is Prof. Varadharaj Ravi Srinivasan. I joined his group in April 2021, having formally begun my PhD program in August 2019. Before that, I completed my Master's degree in Mathematics from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Uttar Pradesh, India. You can find more information about me on my CV.
I am primarily interested on the algebraic aspects of differential equations, particularly through the framework of differential Galois theory and algebraic geometry. In particular, I study problems related to solvability and algebraic dependence of nonlinear differential equations. I am also interested in questions concerning integration in (finite) terms special functions–arise as solutions of differential equations.
Currently, I am studying the model theory of differential fields and infinite differential Galois theory following the approach of H. Umemura.

How to solve and find out algebraic dependence relations between solutions of the differential equations t'=f(t), where f is a Laurent polynomial over ℂ?. Find out how to do that with the help of "New and General Type Meromorphic 1-forms on Curves."
On 3 rd October, I gave a talk at the Kolchin Sminar in Differential Algebra on "Strongly Normal Extensions and Algebraic Differential Equations". Here is the link for the slides and for the recorded youtube video.
