The App works primarily offline. We only collect the data you enter for managing your parlourBusiness Info: Parlour name, phone number, address for Sending Customer Message & timing For assign Slot to avoid Double booking of Appointment.
Customer Data: Customer name, phone number for appointment
Appointments & Services: Date, time, services, amount, staff assigned
Device Info: Device ID - used only for 30-day free trial activation and to prevent misuse.
We do not collect photos, contacts, location, or payment card detailsYour data is used only to provide app features:
Show your appointments, customers, expense and income inside the app.
Enable Backup & Restore feature
Verify 30-day free trial and active subscription
Provide customer support
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your business data with any third party for advertising.
3. Data Storage & Security
Local Storage: All your data is stored securely on your device
Cloud Backup: your data is encrypted and stored on Google Firebase Cloud under your phone number
No Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with any third party
We use Firebase security rules : Only you can access data saved with your phone number. We use SSL encryption for backup.
4. Why Data Backup is Necessary?
Backup is very important for parlour business. Here’s why:
Phone Lost / Damaged / Reset: If your phone is lost, broken, or you factory reset it, without backup all appointments and customer records will be permanently deleted. Backup lets you restore everything on a new phone in 1 click.
Accidental Deletion: If you delete an appointment or customer by mistake, backup helps you restore it.
Switch Phone: When you buy a new phone, you can continue your business without re-entering 100s of customers.
Data Safety: Cloud backup acts as a second copy. So even if app data gets corrupted, your business will not stop.
The App may use:
WhatsApp/SMS: To send reminders to customers. Message content is controlled by you
You have full control over your data.
You can:View, edit, or delete any customer or business record anytime
Delete all app data by uninstalling the app or using "Clear Data" in settings
7. Subscription & Payments
Free trial is 30 days. After that subscription is required.
Google Play payments are handled by Google. We do not store your card details.
For manual payment, we only store your phone number to activate your subscription.
INTERNET - For backup, subscription check, and server time.No permission to access Contacts, Camera, or Location
This App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
