First Amendment

This amendment to the Constitution of the Republic of Slavtria bids to:

Officially add LGBTQ+ rights to the Constitution, which were formerly de facto ensured, and not de jure ensured.

The list of these rights are:

• LGBTQ+ sexual activity is legal

• The age of consent for all genders is 18

• Discrimination is illegal, no matter what location

• Hate crimes against people due to sexual orientation and/or gender identity are illegal

• The Republic recognizes LGBTQ+ couples (LGBTQ+ marriages, civil unions)

• Marriage equality (e.g. LGBTQ+ marriage) is ensured

• LGBTQ+ couples have the right to adopt

• LGBTQ+ people have the right to serve in the military

• All people have the right to change their legal gender (Legal genders are male, female, and non-binary)

• Lesbians have access to in vitro fertilization

• LGBTQ+ people are allowed to donate blood
