Although I have not yet decided on a specific career, I am very interested in the field of engineering. Growing up around drag racing sparked my fascination with the engineering behind engines, chassis, and the overall mechanics of race cars. This experience made me curious about how things work and inspired me to explore engineering further. While I am still unsure if engineering is the right long-term path for me, I am taking Atex Engineering to gain a better understanding of the field and to help achieve my goals. I am also planning to enroll in the two-year engineering program to deepen my knowledge and skills. Through the Atex program, I have already taken engineering classes and learned geometry, and I am beginning to apply these concepts in practical ways. These experiences are giving me a solid foundation as I consider my future and whether engineering is the right fit for me.
Throughout my experiences, I have actively pursued opportunities to develop skills relevant to engineering. Participating in high school lacrosse taught me the importance of teamwork and supporting peers who may need additional assistance. My involvement in drag racing allowed me to gain hands-on experience with engines and deepen my understanding of how mechanical systems like dragsters operate. Additionally, my employment has provided practical exposure to engineering tools such as 3D printers and soldering irons. These experiences have strengthened my technical abilities and prepared me to excel in engineering environments.
I plan to go to college I am not going to do military because I would rather start my own business
No because I would rather attend a university because there are more options A university because you can get better degrees and there are more and better classes to take No because i want to get a degree for engineering
No because I would want to make my own business I would go strait into the work force so i can get a little money so i can work on my businesses
After earning my engineering degree, I aspire to develop innovative products that will improve and simplify the experience for the drag racing community. By applying my engineering knowledge in practical ways, I aim to design solutions that address the specific needs of drag racers, making the sport more accessible and efficient. I am committed to making a positive impact on the world by contributing advancements that benefit the drag racing community and promote progress within the industry.
