You must turn in four forms:

1. FamilyID Registration Online with the new physical located on your FamilyID (must be complete prior to tryouts and have APPROVED status from Athletic Director https://account.familyid.com/signup

2. Cheer Tryout Application and Handbook Contract

 3. Two teacher recommendation letters emailed to Coach McWhorter    heather.mcwhorter@ucps.k12.nc.us

• Summer Voluntary Workouts

• August Supplemental Tryouts -Cheerleader Application Online Form (for new transfer students only)

• Workouts MANDATORY starting 7/31

• MANDATORY overnight camp in July

• MANDATORY participation with fundraising year-round
