3. Color Guard members must have shoes as well. The type of shoes will be specified by your instructors.
MARCHING BAND GLOVES REQUIREMENTS
1. All Woodwind and Brass marching band members are required to have gloves. All gloves must be black. I strongly suggest that all members own a minimum of two sets of gloves.
a. Woodwind players must order Long Wrist Fingerless/Half gloves.
b. Brass Players must order Long Wrist Sure Grip or PVC GRIP Gloves or Deluxe Sure Grip Gloves.
2. All Color Guard members must have gloves. The type of gloves will be specified by your instructors.
3. Drumline and front ensemble members do not have to purchase gloves.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS
1. Woodwind and Brass members must own a flip folder and lyre. These items are available from local music stores such as Howren Music or Music & Arts. Please let me know if you need help acquiring one of these items.
2. Drumline members have been provided two pairs of drum sticks. Should these sticks break, they will be responsible for purchasing new sticks.
WHERE TO BUY THESE ITEMS?
All of these items likely must be purchased through a music performance ware dealer. I have listed three dealers that we have worked with in the past below (listed in alphabetical order). Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.
