Bio

I am very excited to be the school counselor for the Parkston Elementary School, New Elm Colony and Old Elm Colony! Parkston has an amazing group of staff members and students in the district and I feel privileged to be able to work with them. I am living in Tripp, SD with my husband, Tanner, and our dog Blu!

Education 

I grew up in Spearfish, SD where I graduated high school in 2014. I then went on to attend South Dakota State University where I received my bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies in 2018. I then went on to receive my masters degree in School Counseling from South Dakota State University and graduated with that in 2020. 

Employment

I worked for the Rutland School District where I served as the PK-12 school counselor during the 2020/2021 school year. I then moved to Tripp and got hired on as the K-5 school counselor with the Parkston School District and I am very happy to be here!
