Jazz Picnic is a small swing dance company based in Melbourne, Australia. Jazz Picnic is run by Lauren Byrne and Kenneth Douglas, which aims to offer a variety of projects and events to the dance community. 

Jazz Picnic runs: Jazzy Jumpers Troupe (social dancing focus), The Sevens Fast Jams Club (jam circle focus), Swing at the Stables (social dance), and Parkside Camps. 

We hosted our first Parkside Camp in October 2023, with a switch/dual-role dancing focus. 

Our second Parkside Camp will feature an international teaching couple, focussing on Lindy Hop partner dancing.
