Full-Service Property Management

Want to sit back and watch the equity from your investment grow? Don't want to deal with the day-to-day property management tasks? Parks Edge Properties Full-Service Management is the way to go! We handle all the responsibilities needed to run a successful income property business for you. We collect rent, list the property, screen prospective tenants, write the lease, pay the bills and ensure that your property is getting all the attention it needs for success. We also use cloud-based management software, so you can see the numbers in real-time. The monthly fee for this service is negotiated between the property owner and broker. NO RE-RENTAL FEE (Note: There is a $125.00 minimum monthly fee for this service per unit, and $150 annual admin fee for units that require utility payments by Parks Edge Properties.) 

Rental Service

Listing a property, coordinating showings, and selecting a qualified tenant can be a time-consuming task. Our rental service takes away the hassle. Let us list the property, show it and find your next renter. Then, you can take over as the landlord. The monthly fee for this service is negotiated between the property owner and broker. (minimum fee of $500).

Listing Service

Don't need a full service property manager? Let us put together a listing for you! Using our database of multiple listing services, we can get your property on-line so world can see! The monthly fee for this service is negotiated between the property owner and broker. Service starts at $300 per listing.
