We also use cloud-based management software, so you can see the numbers in real-time. The monthly fee for this service is negotiated between the property owner and broker. NO RE-RENTAL FEE (Note: There is a $125.00 minimum monthly fee for this service per unit, and $150 annual admin fee for units that require utility payments by Parks Edge Properties.)
