Starting on the Rec up at the exercise equipment, do a lap of the football pitch and then head off to the top left corner of the field, through the trees and a right turn, taking to the grass.
Down to the bench and left down the ‘big dipper’ Left at the bottom and into the sloped field running round the tree below the goal posts before climbing the hill to access the concrete path at the top. At the end of the path sharp left this time taking the main path through the Parks to exit at Mill Lane
Take care crossing Mill Lane and keep right to take the path on the same side of the Brook. Through 4 squeeze stiles across a field to another squeeze stile and the main Bullsmoor path. Left up the track, taking the first main right up to Sandbed Rec.
Once on the main field follow right to drop into the trees and another squeeze stile. Down the two fields to return to the track. Left to the end of the track and then a sharp left to take the footpath by the green gate At the next gate, right and follow the path through the stile to the jitty/ginnel/alley Sharp right onto Sandbed Lane.
Do not cross Sandbed lane but take care crossing the side road before turning right onto Bargate Road. Cross over and into Bargate rec, head for the far left corner and follow the footpath down the hill until turning right at the bottom onto the track keeping the farmhouse on your right.
Follow the track to the end, turning right onto Holbrook road, Take care crossing Holbrook road and at the top, sharp left on to the path, past the row of bungalows and back into the parks through the metal barriers.
Fork right back onto the recreation field and to the finish between the last exercise item and the bin.
