How do we do it?

Our sister company Parker Research Solutions conducts court research across the United States with the sole purpose of locating unsatisfied judgments with a minimum principal balance of $2,500.00, so that Parker Judgment Strategies can reach out to individuals and small business owners and offer them help to finally get paid on a Judgment they were  awarded from a lawsuit and have never been able to collect. 

We work with a nationwide group of Attorneys that specialize in Judgment Collections. We offer a variety of options to the Creditor to get paid for their Judgment. 

Do we have to work with an Attorney to collect the Judgments? No, we do not but, they have the capabilities and the knowledge of their local courts to be able to file the appropriate paperwork much faster than we could by handling it ourselves. They also have on staff or use a company that they trust to serve all of the paperwork to the debtor whereas we would have to hire them without having the opportunity of meeting them and trust that they would execute the service without delay. Working with a local Attorney helps us collect the money for our clients that much faster. 

Judgments with a principal balance of less than $10,000.00 will be collected on your behalf by PJS. 

Judgments with a principal balance of more than $10,000.00 will be purchased from you or collected on your behalf by our affiliate partner ICS and by our network of Attorneys.
