Park Ella ("the App", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
• Account Information: When you sign in, we may collect your email address (including Apple Private Relay) or Apple ID information for authentication and account access.
• App Data: The App stores your clients, contracts, vendors, checklists, and related notes. When you are signed in, this data is stored in your private account in our cloud database (Firebase/Firestore).
• Email Signature: If you upload an image signature, it is stored in cloud storage (Firebase Storage) tied to your account.
• Subscription Information: If you purchase Premium, subscription and payment processing are handled by Apple. We use RevenueCat to determine whether Premium is active for your account.
• To provide the App’s core features (clients, contracts, vendors, income, and checklists)
• To store and sync your data across devices when you sign in
• To enable Premium features when you subscribe
• To respond to support requests
• To maintain security and prevent fraud
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Data is shared with service providers only to operate the App:
– Firebase (Google) for authentication, database storage, and file storage
– RevenueCat for subscription entitlement status
– Apple for subscription billing and purchase processing
• We may disclose data if required by law.
• Delete App Data: You can delete your stored app data from within the App using Settings → Data Management → Delete All Data.
• Export/Import: You may export templates and import CSV data using the Data Management tools.
• Email Sending: Park Ella opens your email app to send messages. We do not send emails on your behalf.
Park Ella provides in-app deletion of your stored App Data (see “Delete App Data” above). If you want your authentication account removed as well, contact support from within the app and we will help you with account removal.
Park Ella is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We use industry-standard security practices and trusted providers (Firebase and Apple) to help keep your data safe.
