Park University Virtual Tutors

Your classes may be online, but we are still here to help!

Go to our TutorTrac site to make an appointment:

1. Log in with your regular Park credentials (ID number and password).

2. Click "search availability" to begin

3. In the "Center" box

• Choose ASC Virtual Tutoring for Virtual Appointments

  • Be aware of time zones. We have virtual tutors in Central Time. Make sure to verify the time difference before your appointment.

4. If you already know your consultant (tutor), you may choose one. Or you can leave this box blank.

5. For the "Section" box, choose the course for which you are needing help (If you need writing help, choose that instead)

6. For Reason, choose "Tutoring"

When you click the search button, you should be able to see the schedule for the next week. Choose your tutor and click on a time on the tutor's schedule to make your appointment.

When the box opens, fill in your phone number and specify the length of time you want your appointment to be by clicking the arrow by the Duration box (you can choose 30, 45, or 60 minutes).

In the "Notes" box, please let us know what kind of help you need from the tutor.

You can choose to receive a text message reminder, if you want.

Be sure to click "save" when you are finished.

We suggest scheduling appointments more than 12 hours before your preferred start time, so you optimize the chances of finding tutor availability.

HOW TO ACCESS THE VIRTUAL TUTOR APPOINTMENT: The tutor will email you a link. You will use the link to access your virtual tutor appointment. The email with the link may come just moments before the appointment. So keep checking your email.
