Dear Residents,

We are proud to announce our new online Tenant Portal for Park Place Apartments. For your convenience, and to better serve all of our tenants, we now offer access to your account information 24 hours a day, from any computer connected online. With this Email you will have also received another Email to create your account using the Email you have on file with the office.

With our online Tenant Portal, you can:

• View your account balance, charges, and payments
• Pay your rent online, safely and securely with ACH / E-check (E-Check is Free!) Credit & Debit Card (Paying by Debit or Credit Card is 2.75% charge on top of rent)
• Submit maintenance requests online using the “Contact Us” tab
• Download your lease agreement (once we have it uploaded) and other important documents from 6/01/2018 (Our Start Date) to current - for previous records please see the office.

If you have not already received a password and instructions, please point your web browser to our home page at the link above.

Once there if you have lost your password:

1. Enter the email address you have on file with us into the Resident Sign In box

2. Click on “Forgot your password? Request a new one”

3. Enter your email address and then wait for a welcome email containing your temporary password

Querido Residentes,

Estamos orgullosos de anunciar nuestro nuevo Portal de inquilinos en línea para Park Place Apartments. Para su conveniencia y para servir mejor a todos nuestros inquilinos, ahora ofrecemos acceso a la información de su cuenta las 24 horas del día, desde cualquier computadora conectada en línea. Con este correo electrónico, también se abrirá otro correo electrónico para crear su cuenta utilizando el correo electrónico que tiene registrado en la oficina.

Con nuestro Portal de inquilinos en línea, usted puede:

• Ver el saldo de su cuenta, cargos y pagos
• Pagar su alquiler en línea, de manera segura con ACH / E-check (¡E-Check es gratis!) Tarjeta de crédito y débito (Pagar con tarjeta de débito o crédito es de 2.75% sobre la renta)
• Presentar solicitudes de mantenimiento en línea usando la pestaña "Contáctenos"
• Descargue su contrato de arrendamiento (una vez que lo tengamos cargado) y otros documentos importantes desde el 6/01/2018 (nuestra fecha de inicio) hasta el actual; para ver los registros anteriores, consulte la oficina.

Si aún no ha recibido una contraseña y las instrucciones, dirija su navegador web a nuestra página de inicio en ver enlace

Una vez ahí:

1. Ingrese la dirección de correo electrónico que tiene en el archivo con nosotros en el cuadro de inicio de sesión de residente
2. Haga clic en "¿Olvidó su contraseña? Solicita uno nuevo"
3. Ingrese su dirección de correo electrónico y luego espere un correo electrónico de bienvenida con su contraseña temporal
