2025 Registration
Fall sports registration starts Aug 1. You must be registered BEFORE you may tryout/participate in sports.

Physical Required to participate
Complete 2025-26 MSHSL Qualifying Sports Physical Form – https://www.mshsl.org/sites/default/files/2025-06/2025-2026-sports-qualifying-physical-examination-english.pdf
Physicals can be emailed (as an attachment) to Ms. Samantha – zolnoskys@district279.org or brought into the athletic office mailbox outside the South Gym office door.
Physicals are good for 3 years.

Fall PAC Meeting (Parents/Guardians, Athletes, Coaches)
July 30th at 6:30pm in the Auditorium with the Activities Coordinator
7:00pm-8:00pm team will split up to go over all the necessary information for tryouts or the season
30 minutes before and after the meetings for registration help
