Meal Replacement ❌ Nutrient Retainment ✅ 

My simple question why meal replacement? when we should be focusing on nutrition retainment. I was checking Amazon and wrote weight loss in the search bar, The whole weight loss industry works on making products, but be very clear no product alone can help you reduce weight they just support you slightly, despite, focusing on replacing food which we have been eating forever focus on retaining the nutrition in your meal, focus on retaining the right proportions of the meal. For example, portions of sabji Roti, spices and ghee. 

When we retain the right cooking method 


We retain nutrients in our meals.

When we retain nutrients in our meals we feel satiated


When we feel satiated we don’t overeat 


When we don’t overeat we automatically reduce weight.
