People, Perception & Purpose
People are spending 1000s rupees on products with 100 rupee value; even after knowing the product's actual value due to the convenience of easy preparation & placebo effect, people are still buying it. Their habits strike them, so they don't have inner introspection, just mechanically doing it. The solution is not the product; yes, it can work in the short term, but in the long term, it fails. The actual solution is to apply nutrition knowledge and improve lifestyle.
I came across people who don't give a crap about health. They want to look thin for acceptance by society; they don't know that society will find another flaw in them now society finds fat, and once you get slim, they will find some problem in you, be it your complexion, finances or career, no one can live a fuller life being a people pleaser.
People are willing to work in groups; working in groups takes away the sense of responsibility, and there is always a possibility of accusing others of failure. Groups provide a sense of safety: " So many people are doing it, it must be good.” Group strength is also in the numbers, so they want you to be a part of them. Walking alone requires courage, responsibility, and uncertainty, but it gives you the fulfilment of choosing right over convenient.
I love nutrition science because it affects everyone, as we are all body-carrying creatures. I believe in foods' therapeutic effects, proven by modern science and ancient scriptures. So many ailments can be cured by food and lifestyle changes; they are not prescribed because they are difficult to sell. We all will die, that's for sure, but as long we live fully, living on drugs 💊 is not the quality of life, as drugs which cure any ailments have their withdrawal symptoms as well. My life purpose is to live a medicine- and product-free life and help people be independent from all economic backgrounds.
