My Approach towards Weight Loss


Most of people think I am some weight loss or weight gain guru, while when I sign up any one my 1st goal is to balance their hormones with a good diet.

Things which pains me a lot is a persons loss of appetite, loss of appetite can be coz of age or side effects of combination of different medications. I have seen this very closely with my mom. Using home cooked diet to reverse these lifestyle changes is my goal, than to cater to their weight loss or weight gain.

Using calorie deficit To a person with many health challenges is like putting a bandage on a person who got fractured. Yes it will stop the bleeding but will it cater to the broken bone ?
