Body Pains & Arthritis


Throughout my practice of Nutrition and its effect on our body, I have always worked on working on root causes over just a symptomatic approach. Today not only middle-aged or old people are facing body pains even Gen Z & Millennials are complaining about body pain & The go-to solution we are following is applying iodex, voloni  gels etc which makes pain numb but is it treating the root cause of pain? No. Why is it that even after the luxury & convenience of a variety of food, shelter over head & private vehicles we are facing body pains?

In Ayurveda, it is said that Vaayu = Aayu means how balanced the air in our body is directly proportional to life longevity & quality. Constant gas, acidity, bloating & constipation are the major reasons for body pain & arthritis. Constipation makes your body acidic and if your body is constantly acidic,& if you are eating more acidic food your body's natural system is to make acidic blood alkaline. For making blood alkaline it leeches calcium for bones, calcium is leeched out from the thickest part of the bone, Which are our joints and tendons. Once calcium is leached out then even magnesium is also leached out of our bones. Which causes joint and body pain.

Another reason for body pain is excess weight, god has given us a body, and bones to carry a certain amount of weight but because we are overweight we put extra stress on our bones and tendons. Avoiding ghee on roti and adding a vitamin d3 or omega 3 medicine is like a go-to approach for many so-called health experts, who only know calories but not the nutritional value of the food.

To reduce body pain we must include a few things in our diet & lifestyle-
