Assessment of goals and exercise and eating habits, and personalized recommendations provided. One-on-one virtual visit. 50 - 60 minutes. This is ideal for someone wanting help with starting their weight loss journey, or for someone just looking to lose those last few pounds.
4 Session Package ($400)
Initial session (50 - 60 min) and 3 follow up sessions (approx 30 min each). These 4 sessions are virtual visits and will take place over a 4 week period of time. The following is required: weigh-ins at all 4 sessions. And, tracking your food and beverage intake daily and sending to me. We will discuss easy options for doing this. This is the no BS package. Ideal for someone looking to lose 10 or more pounds and are ready to implement changes as necessary to achieve and maintain success.
Follow up sessions after 4 Session Package ($75 per session)
