About Our Team

William founded Parish Management after several years of restaurant management with Subway and Chick-Fil-A. He attended Lenoir-Rhyne University in nearby Hickory, NC and studied Business Management. In his free time he enjoys spending time with the family and attending sporting events.

Mark joined Parish Management Group in October of 2022. Prior to becoming part of the team he was our Field Consultant with Subway. Most of Mark's career has been spent in the restaurant industry. He attended UNC-Chapel Hill. Mark lives in the Asheville area with his wife and son. In his off time Mark enjoys travel, cooking, and all things outdoors.

Lelia has over 25 years in accounting and financial management, as well as several years of financial and restaurant management. with Subway. She earned her Associates of Applied Science in Accounting degree from Heald's Business College in San Francisco CA. She enjoys traveling across the states visiting her large family of 4 kids, 15 grandkids, and 1 great-grandchild (with another on the way). While at home she enjoys playing Bingo and spending time with her pup Cinnamon.

"I’m a Texas boy from Houston who married a northern girl from Ohio. We have 2 boys and are empty nesters now except for 3 terriers who keep us entertained and take us for walks. My wife and I enjoy fishing and boating when we have the time and I own a 1998 Honda Valkyrie which loves to take me down all the back roads it can find. We love our church family in Hildebran and look forward to spending time with them each week."
