REGISTRATION FORM

Register to set up a stall at Parish Family Day 2026! Ensure you fill in all required details and submit your form by the deadline.

Deadline for Registration: WEDNESDAY, 17TH JUNE 2026

Alternatively, you can download and fill out the registration form .
Submit the completed form to Aidwina at the SJC Parish Office during office hours.

Office Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Closed on government gazetted public holidays and Church Holy Days of obligation.
