The cemetery operates as a non-profit 501-C3 corporation overseen by a Board of Directors.  Daily operations are carried out by the Cemetery Superintendent.  The cemetery is funded by grave sales and interments and interest from endowments and perpetual care funds.  Income is expended solely for operation of the cemetery.  Contributions to the Cemetery Endowment Fund are tax deductible and are very welcome.
