The service is not directed to child under the age of 13 and is designed to provide preventative/parental controls service to parents. Users declare themselves to be adult according to their applicable legislation. The application is designed to be used by minors only with the assistance of a parent or guardian and with their permission. Under no circumstance persons under the age of 13 may use this Application on their own.

The services contained in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyze app traffic and can be used to keep track app User behavior with the app.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.

Kids Place app does not display; serve or target any ads to kids. Ads may be server to adults (parents/guardian) on the screens that are PIN protected to make sure kids can not access it.

Ads services allows User Data to be utilized for advertising communication purposes displayed in the form of banners and other advertisements on this Application, possibly based on User interests.

This does not mean that all Personal Data are used for this purpose. Information and conditions of use are shown below.

Some of the services listed below may use Cookies to identify Users or they may use the behavioral retargeting technique, i.e. displaying ads tailored to the User’s interests and behavior, including those detected outside this Application. Parental control app is GDPR/COPPA compliant. We only capture and use personal data this is reasonably necessary for the products and services to function. In particular, we do not collect any information other than that which we need to collect in order to provide products and services; we use contact details to provide with information about our products and services; we take reasonable steps to secure the data which we collect and delete all user account data per their request.
