Who We Are

Matt is the Managing Member of Par City Holdings, LLC. Matt has been buying oil and gas mineral rights since 2013 and has served in different capacities at various entities. Matt is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, PA and of Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, PA. When he's not in the office, Matt enjoys playing golf.

Bert is the Vice President of Land of Par City Holdings, LLC. Bert is a commercial real estate broker by trade and he joined the oil and gas mineral space in 2016. Bert is a former Division I wrestler at the University of Maryland where he graduated with a degree in accounting. Bert also enjoys playing golf and writing song lyrics.
