Parcelio is an iOS app developed by Sukhjinder Singh. The app helps you track packages from multiple carriers in one place.

Parcelio does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers. We have no servers. All data you enter — including tracking numbers, package names, and API credentials — stays entirely on your device.

Parcelio integrates with the following third-party services at your direction:

1. WhereParcel API

When you add your own WhereParcel API key and track a package, your tracking number and carrier information are sent directly to WhereParcel's servers. This data is governed by WhereParcel's own privacy policy at whereparcel.com. Parcelio never sees or stores your tracking requests — your API key is personal to you.

2. Gmail (Optional)

If you choose to connect your Gmail account, Parcelio requests read-only access to scan for Amazon shipping confirmation emails. Parcelio only reads email subjects and bodies to extract tracking numbers. No emails are stored, shared, or uploaded anywhere. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. Apple In-App Purchases

If you purchase Parcelio Pro, the transaction is processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

Parcelio stores your package data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is not backed up to any external server. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed.

If you enable notifications, Parcelio sends local push notifications when your package status changes. No notification data is sent to external servers.

Parcelio is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
