How do I track a package?

Tap the + button on the home screen, enter your tracking number, and select your carrier. Parcelio will automatically detect the carrier in most cases.

Why do I need a WhereParcel API key?

Most tracking apps use a shared API key, which means the developer can see every package you track. Parcelio uses your personal key so only you have access to your shipment data. Get a free key at whereparcel.com — no credit card required.

Where do I enter my API key?

Go to Settings → Tracking → and enter your WhereParcel API Key and Secret.

How does Gmail import work?

Parcelio connects to your Gmail account with read-only access and scans for Amazon shipping confirmation emails. It extracts tracking numbers automatically and adds them to your list.

How do I disconnect Gmail?

Go to Settings → Gmail → Sign Out. You can also revoke access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Make sure your WhereParcel API key is entered correctly in Settings. Check that you have an active internet connection. Pull down on the package detail screen to manually refresh.

I've reached my monthly tracking limit — what does that mean?

WhereParcel's free plan allows 1,000 tracking requests per month. If you've hit the limit, you can upgrade your WhereParcel plan at whereparcel.com or wait until the next calendar month.
