Taking a major step towards professionalizing its operations, the Parauma team recently attended a specialized workshop on Basic Food Analysis for Philippine FDA Registration. The training was hosted by the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) at the University of the Philippines Los Baños.

The program was a collaborative effort by the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), the Bicol Beekeepers Association Inc. (BBAI), and the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA).
