Service Fees: Recruitment fees and payment terms for employers shall be governed by the specific Service Agreement signed between Paras Job Placement and the Employer.
Registration Charges: Any registration or processing fees paid by the candidate (if applicable) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
Payment Policy: All payments made for services must be through authorized channels provided by Paras Job Placement.
Paras Job Placement is not responsible for any disputes, salary issues, or workplace grievances that may arise between the Employer and the Candidate after the hiring process is complete.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your data for recruitment purposes as described therein.
