Paramjit PG for Girls – House Policy

1. Admission & Residency

• Only female residents are permitted.

• Valid ID proof (Aadhar card, college/work ID) must be submitted at the time of admission.

• Tenancy is on a monthly basis; advance rent and security deposit are required.

2. Safety & Security

• Entry/exit timings: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM (flexibility may be granted with prior approval).

• Visitors are allowed only in designated areas and must register at the front desk.

• CCTV surveillance is active in common areas for safety.

3. Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Rooms and common areas must be kept tidy.

• Housekeeping services are provided; residents are expected to cooperate.

• No littering in corridors, washrooms, or shared spaces.

4. Meals & Kitchen Use

• Nutritious meals are provided at fixed timings.

• Use of personal stoves/heaters in rooms is strictly prohibited.

• Residents may use the common kitchen with prior permission.

5. Conduct & Community Living

• Respect fellow residents and staff; abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated.

• Noise levels must be kept low, especially after 9:00 PM.

• Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the premises.

6. Utilities & Facilities

• Electricity and water must be used responsibly.

• Wi-Fi is provided for study and work purposes; misuse may lead to restrictions.

• Damage to property will be charged to the resident responsible.

7. Leave & Vacating

• Residents must inform management in advance if leaving for more than 2 days.

• One month’s notice is required before vacating the PG.

• Security deposit is refundable after deduction of pending dues/damages.

8. Emergency Protocols

• Fire exits and extinguishers are installed; residents should familiarize themselves with safety routes.

• In case of medical emergencies, immediate assistance will be arranged.
