Phlebotomist- he/she performs venipuncture, collects, labels, and transports samples for testing.
Medical Lab technician- receive, and analyze the blood/body fluid samples. Technicians locate microorganisms, perform chemical tests, match blood for transfusions, etc to determine normal and abnormal findings. There are openings under the ECHS scheme where you can work as a lab technician.
