Parallel Space Payment Policy
Our application does not collect any personal information or data from users. We do not require you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or any other identifiable information in order to use the core functionality of the app.
We do not collect or use any information provided by users because our app works completely offline. Image processing is performed locally on your device and does not involve external servers or services. We do not analyze, transmit, or store images or other data uploaded through the app.
Since we do not collect any information from users, we do not share information with third parties. Your images and data remain private on your device and are not shared with anyone, including us.
We take reasonable measures to protect the security of your data. Because the app operates offline and does not transmit your images to external servers, risks related to network transmission are reduced. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update or change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately when the revised Privacy Policy is posted in the app or on this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

We offer in-app purchases for ad-free usage of our app. These purchases include a one-time Lifetime Purchase option and a weekly Subscription option. Transaction and payment details are handled by the respective app store platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not have access to or direct control over payment information managed by those platforms.
Note: Purchases and subscriptions are processed by third-party app stores. For billing, refunds, and subscription management, please use the app store account where you made the purchase.
The weekly Subscription provides access to PRO features for 7 calendar days. Weekly Subscriptions automatically renew every week (with a charge of the Subscription fee specified in the app) until canceled. You may cancel at any time—see below for cancellation instructions.
Cancel iOS Subscription — step-by-step
Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions (if you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap iTunes & App Store instead, then tap your Apple ID, choose View Apple ID, sign in, and scroll down to Subscriptions).
Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see a Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red, the subscription is already canceled and will not renew.
Cancel Android Subscription — step-by-step
Open the Google Play app on your Android device.
At the top right, tap your profile icon.
Tap Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
Find the Parallel Space subscription and cancel it.

If it’s less than 48 hours since you bought an app or made an in-app purchase, you may request a refund via the app store where the purchase was made.
For iOS users
Claim a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Find the purchase and follow the instructions to request a refund.
For Android users
On your device, visit https://play.google.com/store/account, go to Order history, find the order, and select Request a refund or Report a problem. You will receive a confirmation message and an email with the refund decision—often within minutes, but it may take up to a few business days.
If Google refuses to issue a refund within 48 hours, you may contact us and we will consider your request. Visit Google's support for additional information: https://support.google.com.
We also offer a one-time Lifetime Purchase option that grants access to PRO features for the lifetime of the app version or service as described at the time of purchase. One-time payments are generally not refundable except in limited circumstances (see the refund section below).
Certain purchases and digital content may not be eligible for refund. One-time payments are typically non-refundable unless the quality of delivered content is objectively unsatisfactory or there are other reasons which, in our sole discretion, are reasonable and sufficient to issue a refund. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us via in-app support or at support@picsalt.com.
European customers: Due to the immediate availability and consumable nature of certain digital products (for example, Remove BG results), the standard 14-day withdrawal right may not apply to those products. This does not affect any other consumer rights under applicable law, or your ability to cancel weekly subscriptions at any time.
At Parallel Space you can either perform a One-Time Payment or purchase a Subscription. Whether you make a One-Time Payment or purchase a Subscription for the PRO features of our services (each, a “Transaction”), you authorize us (and our chosen payment processor) to charge the applicable fee for that Transaction. This Payment Policy is part of the Parallel Space Terms of Use and should be read together with it. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Payment Policy have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.
Parallel Space enables users to purchase a weekly Subscription that provides access to PRO features. Weekly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled, and renewal charges are processed via the app store through which you subscribed.
A Life Time (one-time) purchase grants access to PRO features without recurring charges. After a successful one-time transaction you will not be charged again for that Life Time purchase under the same terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
