Welcome to Parallax, a mobile game available on Android. This Privacy Policy explains how Parallax (the "Game") and its developer, Robin Zemánek (the data controller), collect, use, and protect your information when you play the Game. We respect your privacy and comply with applicable laws including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (as amended by the CPRA). Parallax is intended for users 13 years of age and older and is not targeted at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and if you are under 13 you should not use this game. By using Parallax, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
If you have any questions or need to exercise any of your privacy rights, please contact the developer at tap2playgames.parallax@gmail.com.
This Policy applies to the Android version of Parallax and to players worldwide. If we release Parallax on additional platforms in the future, we will update this Policy accordingly and indicate the effective date of those changes.
We minimize the personal data collected and focus on what is necessary to run and improve the Game. Below is an overview of the data Parallax collects (and does not collect):
No Personal Identifiers: We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, or any other direct identifiers. The Game also does not collect your precise GPS location.
Data Collected Automatically: When you use Parallax, certain data is collected automatically by the Game and its third-party service providers (Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics) for functionality, analytics, and advertising purposes. This data is mostly pseudonymous (not directly identifying you) and includes:
Device Information: Information about your device such as device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers like your Android advertising ID. For example, Google’s AdMob SDK automatically collects your Advertising ID and other device identifiers for advertising and analytics purposes.
IP Address and General Location: The Game (via AdMob) may collect your device’s IP address, which can be used to infer your general region or country (not your exact location). This helps serve content appropriate to your area (e.g. regional ads) and for fraud prevention.
Usage and Gameplay Data: We collect data about how you use the Game. This includes in-game events and interactions such as game session start/stop, menu selections, levels attempted, high scores, and rewards earned. Google Firebase Analytics provides us with aggregate usage statistics — for example, the number of sessions, session duration, how often the app is opened, device OS version, and what country players are in. This information helps us understand game performance and user engagement (e.g. which features are popular) so we can improve the gameplay experience.
Diagnostics and Crash Data: The Game and its SDKs may collect diagnostic information like crash logs, error reports, and performance metrics (e.g. app launch time, frame rate). This data helps us identify and fix bugs or technical issues. For instance, if the app crashes, a report may be sent via Firebase with details of the incident so we can address it.
Local Device Storage: Parallax stores certain data locally on your device to support core functionality. This includes your high scores, game progress and goals, and your user preferences (such as vibration on/off and audio settings). This data is not transmitted to us or to any server – it stays on your device. Local storage allows the Game to remember your progress and settings each time you play. If you uninstall the Game or clear the app’s data from your device, all locally stored game data (scores, preferences, progress) will be erased. We do not retain that information once it’s removed from your device.
We use the collected information solely to operate, improve, and personalize your experience with Parallax. Specifically:
Providing and Improving the Game: Data about your device and gameplay is used to ensure the Game works correctly on your device and to optimize performance. For example, knowing your device type and OS helps us address compatibility issues. Gameplay and analytics data show us how players interact with Parallax, which levels are most challenging, and what features are used. We analyze this information (in aggregate form) to improve game design, balance difficulty, and add new features or content that players enjoy. If the Game crashes or errors occur, diagnostic logs help us quickly fix those bugs and improve stability.
Advertising (Google AdMob): We use Google AdMob to serve ads in the Game, including banner ads, interstitial ads (full-screen ads between levels), and rewarded video ads (where you can choose to watch an ad for in-game rewards). AdMob uses the data it collects (device information, advertising ID, IP address, etc.) to show you relevant advertisements and to prevent fraud. Depending on your consent and preferences (see Managing Consent below), ads may be personalized (tailored to your interests using your device’s advertising ID and other usage data) or non-personalized (contextual ads not based on behavioral profiling). We do not directly control which specific ads are shown, but we do configure AdMob to comply with your privacy choices (for example, if you decline personalized ads, AdMob will only serve non-personalized ads). AdMob may collect and share certain information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention by default – for instance, it automatically gathers your IP address to infer general location and uses your Advertising ID to limit ad frequency and personalize ads if allowed. Please note that advertising helps keep the Game free by supporting development costs.
Analytics (Firebase Analytics): We use Firebase Analytics (a service provided by Google) to track and analyze how players use Parallax. Firebase Analytics collects usage data as described above (e.g. app opens, session length, device OS, country) and presents it to us in aggregate form. This helps us understand user behavior and preferences without identifying any individual. For example, we can see how many players beat certain levels or how frequently the Game is played each day. We use these insights to make data-driven improvements – such as adjusting difficulty, fixing areas where players get stuck, or deciding what new content to create. If you have consented to analytics, we also log events like ad impressions (when an ad is shown) to measure ad performance. If you opt-out of analytics tracking, we honor that choice and will not log analytics events from your device.
Maintenance and Security: Any data collected (like device identifiers or crash reports) may also be used to maintain the security and integrity of the Game . For instance, data can help us detect fraud or cheating (e.g., if someone tries to manipulate the Game in unauthorized ways) and take action to ensure fair play for all users. It also helps in protecting against spam, malware, or other malicious activity. We do not use data for any purposes outside of those described in this policy.
We do not use your data to contact you for marketing, nor do we collect contact info in the first place. All usage of data is internally focused on improving the Game and delivering relevant ads within the app.
Consent: In the EEA/UK, we rely on your consent (collected via Google’s User Messaging Platform) for personalized advertising and, where required, analytics.
Legitimate Interests / Performance of Service: We rely on legitimate interests (or necessity to provide the service) for non-personalized (contextual) ads, basic telemetry, security/fraud prevention, and strictly necessary processing to operate the Game.
You can withdraw consent at any time via Privacy Settings in the app; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
Parallax integrates third-party services that assist us with advertising and analytics. These third-party providers collect and process data as described below. We carefully chose these providers and ensure that they have privacy practices compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations. However, their data handling is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their privacy information as well.
Google AdMob (Advertising) – We use Google AdMob, an advertising platform by Google LLC, to display ads in Parallax. AdMob may collect pseudonymous identifiers and other data from your device to serve ads. This includes your device’s Advertising ID, IP address, device type, and app usage information. AdMob uses this data to personalize ads to your interests (if you consent), to serve non-personalized ads (if you opt out of personalization), and for ad targeting, frequency capping, and fraud detection. AdMob might also use cookies or similar technologies to track ad performance. We do not see or store the personal details of these ads; we only see aggregate reports (e.g., how many ads were shown or clicked). Google may share collected data with its advertising partners and other third parties as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. Important: Under the CCPA’s broad definition, allowing AdMob to use your Advertising ID for personalized advertising could be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You have the right to opt out of this – see Your Privacy Rights below. For more information on Google’s data practices, see the Google Privacy Policy and Google Advertising – Privacy & Terms. You can also review AdMob Program Policies
Firebase Analytics (Usage Analytics) – Parallax uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics. Firebase Analytics is also provided by Google LLC. It automatically gathers data such as app launches, screens viewed, time spent in game, device model, OS version, and general geographic region of users. This data is aggregated and does not include your name or any direct identifiers. We use the analytics reports from Firebase to understand overall user engagement and to improve the app (as described in the How We Use the Data section). Google may also use Firebase Analytics data for its own analytics and product improvement (in accordance with Google’s privacy terms). However, We have not enabled features such as Google Signals or User-ID, and we do not use any setting that links analytics data to your Google account identity. If you opt out of analytics (through the consent prompt or other means), our game will disable Firebase Analytics data collection for your device (no events will be logged from your gameplay). Learn more in Firebase Privacy & Security and Firebase Terms.
We want to clarify that we (the developer) do not share or sell your personal data to any third parties for their own marketing or purposes. The only data sharing that occurs is through the third-party SDKs listed above, which use data within the context of providing services to the app (ads and analytics). Those providers may further process or share the data they collect in accordance with their own policies (for example, Google may use data from AdMob and Firebase for improving their services or across other Google products). We ensure that appropriate data processing agreements are in place with these providers as needed. If in the future we integrate any additional third-party services, we will update this Privacy Policy to reflect their involvement.
Your information may be processed on servers outside your country by Google (AdMob, Firebase). These transfers are supported by Google’s compliance frameworks (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)). For more details, see Google’s privacy documentation linked below.
The Game and its SDKs use technologies analogous to cookies in mobile apps (e.g., the Advertising ID) for ads, measurement, and analytics. You can reset your Advertising ID or limit ad personalization in Android (Settings → Privacy → Ads). See Managing Consent and your system Ads settings for details.
We share data with Google LLC (AdMob, Firebase Analytics) as processors/independent controllers where applicable. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights/users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information for money. See also Your CCPA/CPRA Rights for opt-out of sale/sharing used for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You have important privacy rights regarding your personal information. Parallax is committed to honoring your rights under applicable privacy laws such as the GDPR (for users in the European Economic Area, UK, and equivalent jurisdictions) and the CCPA/CPRA (for users in California). Below, we outline your rights and how you can exercise them:
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another country with similar laws, you have the following rights under the GDPR and local data protection laws:
Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you and to obtain information about how we process it. Note: In practice, for Parallax we hold very minimal personal data (since we don’t collect direct identifiers). However, you can ask for a report of what data is associated with your device or account (if any). We will respond within one month as required by GDPR (with the possibility of a two-month extension for complex cases, with notice).
Right to Rectification: If you believe that any information we have collected is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct or update it. Given that we do not collect user-provided personal info, this mostly would apply if, for example, you believe some automatically collected data (like a device identifier) is recorded incorrectly. We will rectify any incorrect data that we are able to identify and change.
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can request that we delete any personal data we have about you. For Parallax, as we do not store personal account data, fulfilling this is straightforward: uninstalling the app will remove local data on your device, and any analytical or advertising data is either pseudonymous or stored with Google. Upon request, we can also reach out to our providers (like Google) to attempt to delete data associated with your Advertising ID or analytics identifier. If you want us to erase any data, contact us at our email and we will take reasonable steps to honor your request (including coordinating with Google for data under their control). Keep in mind that certain data that is purely aggregated (not tied to any user) or that we are required to keep by law may not be deletable, but we generally aim to remove user-specific data on request.
Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to ask us to restrict or suspend the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances — for example, if you contest the data’s accuracy or object to our processing. In the context of Parallax, you might exercise this by, say, turning off analytics and personalized ads (which effectively restricts processing). We will comply with requests to restrict processing where applicable. This may mean we would disable or limit certain features for you (since we don’t otherwise process much data).
Right to Object: You have the right to object to certain types of data processing, such as processing for direct marketing or profiling. In our case, you can object to us processing your data for analytics or personalized advertising. If you object, we will stop such processing for your device – for instance, by disabling analytics and ensuring only non-personalized ads are served. You can exercise this right through the consent management in the app (see Managing Consent below) or by contacting us.
Right to Data Portability: You can request to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a commonly used, machine-readable format, and have the right to transmit that data to another service (if applicable). Because we do not collect user-provided personal data or maintain user accounts, there is generally not much data to port. However, if you would like a copy of data such as your gameplay statistics or any data we have about you, we will do our best to provide it in a suitable format. We will respond within one month as required by GDPR (with the possibility of a two-month extension for complex cases, with notice).
Right to Withdraw Consent: If we are processing your data based on your consent (for example, if you consented to personalized ads or analytics), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing done before you withdrew, but it will stop further processing of the particular data going forward. You can withdraw consent easily through the in-app privacy settings (reopen the consent form to adjust preferences) or by contacting us. For example, if you initially allowed personalized ads but later change your mind, you can update your consent status and we will stop using your data for personalization.
Right to Complain to a Supervisory Authority: If you believe we have violated your data protection rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your country’s data protection authority (DPA). We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first by contacting us, but you are free to contact a DPA at any time. For instance, if you are in the EU, you can reach out to the DPA in your country of residence, or to the Czech Republic’s Office for Personal Data Protection (since the developer is based in the Czech Republic).
If you are a resident of California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) grants you specific rights regarding your personal information:
Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, including the categories of information, the sources, the business purpose for collecting it, and the third parties with whom we share it. In the context of Parallax, we can inform you of the categories of data collected (which we’ve outlined in this policy) and the third parties involved (Google for ads/analytics). This Privacy Policy itself is intended to provide much of that information. If you require more detail or a personal report, you can contact us and we will provide the necessary information. We will verify your identity (to the extent possible, such as by asking for information about your device or usage of the app) before fulfilling such requests.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of personal information that we have collected from you. As explained above, Parallax does not collect direct identifiers like name or email. The personal information we handle is mainly device and usage data via Google’s services. If you ask us to delete your data, we will delete any data under our direct control (if any) and instruct the relevant third-party (Google) to delete information they hold on our behalf, to the extent applicable. This generally means we might ask Google to remove data associated with your device’s advertising ID from AdMob and any analytics identifiers from Firebase, if possible. You can also effectively delete your data by uninstalling the Game (removes local data) and resetting your Advertising ID (which disassociates your device from any prior data – see Managing Consent below for how). We will not delete data that is necessary to complete transactions or that is legally required to keep, but in a typical case for this game, that shouldn’t apply.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: The CCPA gives you the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. While we do not sell your data for money, the term “sale” under CCPA can include sharing of personal identifiers with third parties for advertising. In Parallax, the only “sharing” of this kind is that your Advertising ID and related device data may be shared with Google and ad partners to serve personalized ads. If you do not want your data to be used for targeted advertising (i.e., if you want to opt out of any “sale”/“sharing”), you can do so at any time. The easiest way is via the in-app consent form (see Managing Consent). If you opt out, we will tell AdMob not to use your data for personalized ads (so you will only see generic ads). You can also enable the “Opt out of Ads Personalization” setting on your Android device, which will inform all apps (including ours) not to use your Advertising ID for profiling. We honor these choices. Additionally, you (or your authorized agent) may send us an email request to opt-out of sale/sharing, and we will manually ensure your preference is recorded (though using the automated in-app option is faster). Once you opt out, we will stop any data flows that might be considered a sale, and we will notify third parties as required. We do not knowingly share data of users who are under 16 in a way that constitutes a sale without affirmative authorization, in compliance with CCPA/CPRA.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means we will not deny you the Game, charge you differently, or provide a lesser experience just because you chose to opt out of personalized ads or made a privacy request. Note that some features rely on data (for example, if you opt out of analytics, we have less ability to detect issues in your gameplay experience, but this will not manifest as intentional discrimination or reduced functionality — the core game remains available to you just the same).
If you are a California resident and would like to exercise any of these rights, you can contact us at tap2playgames.parallax@gmail.com. For requests to know or delete, we will need to verify your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty (since we typically only have pseudonymous data, this might involve confirming a device ID or a unique event). We aim to respond to CCPA requests within 45 days as required by law (with an extension of 45 more days if necessary, with notice to you).
Your privacy choices are important to us. Parallax uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage user consent for data processing, in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations. This means you have control over whether you allow personalized ads and analytics:
Initial Consent & Regional Choices
When you first launch Parallax, we show Google’s privacy options appropriate to your region.
– EEA/UK: we request your opt-in consent for personalized ads and (where required) analytics before any such processing occurs.
– California (CCPA/CPRA): we provide a notice and the right to opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” of personal information used for cross-context behavioral advertising (see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information).
You can always choose non-personalized ads and disable analytics. Your choices are honored across the app and can be changed at any time in Privacy Settings (reopens the UMP consent interface).
Changing Your Preferences: You can update or revoke your consent at any time. In the Game’s start page, there is an option (often labeled "Privacy Settings" or "Manage Consent") that allows you to bring up the consent form again. By selecting this, you will re-open Google’s UMP consent interface, where you can change your choices. For instance, if you previously allowed personalized ads but now wish to opt out, you can toggle that off. Or if you initially said no to analytics and later decide to help us improve the Game by sharing usage data, you can opt in at a later time. Once you save your updated preferences, the changes take effect immediately – the Game will adjust its behavior (e.g., switching to non-personalized ads or vice versa) based on your new consent.
Global Device Settings: In addition to the in-app consent management, you have device-level controls. Android provides a system-wide setting to opt out of ads personalization. If you enable this setting (usually found under Settings > Privacy > Ads > “Opt out of Ads Personalization”), the Game’s ad SDK (AdMob) will be notified and will only serve non-personalized ads regardless of any prior consent (this acts as a global opt-out). You can also reset your Android Advertising ID at any time in your device settings. Resetting your Advertising ID effectively disassociates your device from any data previously collected under the old ID. After a reset, you’ll appear as a new user to advertising networks. These steps are useful if you want to clear profiling data or start fresh with ad tracking. Remember that if you reset the ID, you may see the initial consent prompt in the app again, since it treats you as a new user.
Consent for Minors: Our game is not intended for children under 13, and we have set our advertising SDK to indicate that we are not targeting children (COPPA flag is set to false in AdMob). If we ever detect a user is under the age required for consent, we will not show personalized ads at all. If you are a teen between 13 and 16 in certain regions, note that some privacy laws (like CPRA) require opt-in for selling/sharing data. We treat all users under 16 as opted-out by default for personalized ads, unless a parent or guardian has allowed it (in general, since we don’t collect age info, we simply follow the rule of not targeting under 16 with any sale of data).
Your consent choices are saved on your device (and by Google’s SDK). If you ever need help changing your preferences or have questions about the consent prompt, you can contact us. Please be aware that if you decline certain consents, some features might be limited (for example, if you opt out of analytics, we won’t collect data to troubleshoot issues specific to your device), but the Game will remain playable.
We retain data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Because Parallax collects minimal personal data directly, our retention practices primarily concern the third-party services and local data:
Local Game Data: All game progress, high scores, and preferences stored on your device will remain there until you delete the app or clear its data. We (the developer) do not have access to this local data. When you uninstall Parallax, the app’s local storage is wiped by the operating system, which permanently deletes your high scores and other saved info. If you simply want to reset your game progress, you can also clear the app data in Android settings to erase locally stored data.
Analytics Data (Firebase): The usage data collected via Firebase Analytics is stored on Google’s servers. We can view aggregated reports in the Firebase console. Individual user-level data in Firebase (identified by an app-instance ID or Advertising ID) is generally retained by Google for a certain period (for Google Analytics, user-level data retention can be set to 2 months or 14 months by the developer, and aggregated data may be kept longer). If you stop using the app, new analytics events will cease. If you request deletion of your data, we will ask Google to remove analytics data associated with your device’s identifiers (to the extent feasible). Google may automatically purge data that is older than a certain period according to their policies.
Advertising Data (AdMob): Ad data and identifiers (like Advertising ID) are handled by Google AdMob. We do not store this data on our own servers; it’s processed in real-time to serve ads. Google may retain advertising impressions and click data for reporting and auditing purposes. Typically, Advertising IDs can be reset by the user (as noted above) to invalidate old data. We do not receive personal ad logs tied to you specifically, just summary data. If you have consented to personalized ads and later opt out or reset your ID, the linkage between you and any previously collected ad data is broken. Google’s systems may retain some advertising data for a period of time (for example, to measure performance or payouts), but this is governed by Google’s retention policies. We do not have control over how long Google keeps advertising-related data, but Google has committed to adhering to privacy regulations in their retention and use.
Communication Data: If you contact us via email (for support or privacy inquiries), we will retain your correspondence and contact info only as long as necessary to address your question or request, and as required for legal/logging purposes. We will not use that information for marketing.
In summary, we do not keep your personal data for longer than needed. Because we collect very little personal information directly, data retention is mostly in the hands of our processors (Google). We periodically review the data we have. If it’s no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can always request that we delete your data, as described in Your Privacy Rights, and we will do so to the fullest extent we are able.
Parallax is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Game is designed for a general audience and is labeled as not targeting kids. In compliance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations, we have taken steps to avoid collecting data from young children. For example, we do not ask for birthdates or any personal details, and our advertising settings indicate that the app is not directed to children.
If you are under 13, do not play or use Parallax. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete that information as soon as possible. Parents or guardians who believe that their child under 13 may have used the Game and provided personal data should contact us immediately at tap2playgames.parallax@gmail.com. We will take prompt action to investigate and remove any such data.
For teens between 13 and 17: We expect that you only use the Game with the consent of a parent or guardian where required by law. While our game does not collect sensitive personal data, please exercise privacy choices (like consent to ads) carefully. If you are a parent of a minor who uses Parallax and you have concerns, feel free to reach out to us.
We are committed to protecting your data and ensuring its security. Since Parallax collects very limited personal information, the primary data security considerations involve the third-party services and the local data on your device:
Data in Transit: All data exchanged between the app and our third-party providers (such as AdMob and Firebase) is transmitted securely. For instance, Google’s SDKs use encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for network communications, which means that data like analytics events and ad requests are encrypted in transit. This helps prevent eavesdropping or interception of your data while it travels over the internet.
Data at Rest: Local data stored on your device (scores, settings) is kept in the app’s private storage area on your Android device. This area is sandboxed by the operating system, so other apps cannot directly access it. We recommend that you keep your device secure (use a PIN/password and do not root/jailbreak your phone) to protect all apps’ data, including Parallax’s local storage. We do not operate our own backend for the Game; data processed by third-party services (Google) is protected under their security standards.
Third-Party Security Measures: We rely on Google’s robust security for the data handled by AdMob and Firebase. Google has implemented strong physical and electronic safeguards to protect data in their servers. For example, Google data centers employ 24/7 security and encryption. While we cannot detail all of Google’s security practices here, you can be assured that industry standards are met. We also restrict access to the Firebase console and AdMob account – only the developer (Robin Zemánek) has access, secured with strong authentication, so your data is not broadly accessible.
No Unnecessary Data Collection: One of the best security measures is collecting minimal data. By not collecting sensitive personal information (like names or addresses), we reduce the risk to you in case of any issue. There are no passwords or financial info collected by the Game, so those risks (like credential theft) are not present.
Transparency and Training: We keep up to date with privacy and security best practices. As a small developer, there is no large team accessing data – it’s just handled as needed for development and troubleshooting. Any personal data we handle (e.g., a device identifier for a support query) is treated confidentially. We do not publicly expose or publish your data.
Despite all our efforts, it’s important to note that no app or website can guarantee 100% security. There is always some risk in transmitting information electronically. However, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information and maintain a high level of security. In the unlikely event of a data breach involving your personal data, we will follow all applicable laws to inform users and authorities as required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Game, our data practices, or legal requirements. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by an appropriate means – for example, by posting the updated policy with a new effective date in the app or on the app’s listing, or by showing you a notification within the Game. Minor changes (such as clarifications or grammatical fixes) may occur without explicit notice, so we encourage you to review this policy periodically.
When we update the policy, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Any changes will become effective when the revised Privacy Policy is posted. If the changes materially affect how your personal data is handled, we may seek new consent or give you a chance to review the changes. However, rest assured that we will not use your personal information in a new manner that is incompatible with the original purpose without obtaining any required consent.
By continuing to use Parallax after a Privacy Policy update, you acknowledge and agree to the revised policy. If you do not agree with any update, you should discontinue use of the Game and can contact us if you have concerns.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your personal data, please contact us:
