When do we open applications?

• • Applications are typically opened whenever task forces are lacking members. Generally, this is once every month, however it is possible for there to be longer stretches of time in-between. 

How do I open a ticket with the department?

• If you need to open up a ticket to report a member of the department, you are free to open a ticket using the "Department Tickets" function within the #open-a-ticket channel in the Public Paragon Discord Server. Ensure that you have sufficient evidence ahead of time, and all other relevant information for the report. 

What is the Medal System?

• The Mobile Task Forces has a Medal System in which members can be awarded medals for displaying exemplary traits and actions while in the line of service. Each individual medal holds different requirements, and are rarely handed out. 

 What is Omega-4?

• Omega-4 is a joint task force that has members from all task forces, it is ceremonial at its core. These members are highly disciplined, highly skilled, and highly dedicated members of the detachment who have displayed long-standing service and loyalty to the department. This is one of the highest honors a member of the department can recieve. 

What is the Academy?

• The Academy is a branch of the Mobile Task Forces responsible for the selection, training and education of Field Cadets.

How do I become a Field Cadet?

• To become a member of the Cadet Program, you must pass a tryout which is hosted under the Selections Program.

How do the tryouts work?

• There will be 2 tryouts, these tryouts will test candidates on the skills that every member of the department must have.

Can I pick what task force I get into?

• If you enter the Cadet Program, you will have the ability to select the curriculum affiliated with your desired fask force.

Will be tryouts be friendly towards X timezone?

• We will always attempt to host tryouts at a convenient time for most timezones, though, we cannot always accomplish this goal.

How long does a tryout take?

• While there is no set time, and each tryout will take longer or shorter depending on multiple factors, they generally take anywhere between 2 hours to 3 and a half hours.

Can I take screenshots/videos of the tryouts?

• Anything Academy related is classified as private, meaning that you may not share information about the Academy, nor may you take screenshots/videos.

How many tryouts can I attend?

• You may attend all tryouts, so long as you are not told to leave/removed by Academy Command.

Do I need to discharge before I attend a tryout?

• You do not have to discharge from any foundation departments, you may be a member of GRU-P, just keep in mind if you pass you will not be allowed to raid Paragon as GRU-P.

I no longer want to participate, what do I do?

• Leave the Roblox group and discord server.

How can we prepare for tryouts?

• Academy Staff will host practice sessions before the tryouts occur.

What happens if I can't attend either tryout?

• You cannot be evaluated, thus cannot advance to the Cadet Program.

Is a microphone required?

• No, however, if you have access to one you are highly encouraged to use it.

How many people can pass, and how do I pass?

• We will allow as many candidates as we see fit into the Cadet Program.
