1. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment as per our policy.

• Full payment must be completed before or at the time of check-in.

• Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, card, or cash (as applicable).

2. Check-In / Check-Out 

• Check-in: 11:00 AM onwards 

• Check-out: 11:00 AM 

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  
  

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days before check-in are eligible for a partial refund.

• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date or for no-shows.

• Date changes are subject to availability and may be charged based on seasonal pricing.

4. Guest Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

• No loud music or parties allowed without prior permission.

• Illegal or disruptive behavior will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
