Markayle D’Angelo Gray, a graduate of North Carolina Central University with a passion for education, has always held ambitious visions and dreams. Growing up on the West side of Charlotte, North Carolina, he aimed to make a positive impact on future generations. In 2020, he experienced a personal paradigm shift, deciding to pursue real estate development as a means to create generational wealth for his family and contribute to his beloved city.

Through a combination of leveraging his resources and adopting the right mindset, Markayle successfully acquired a 2.65 acre parcel of land in Mallard Creek, where he is in the process building 12 multi-family units. This venture promises significant returns, as he already achieved a 15,000x return on his initial investment through leveraging one property.

Drawing from the mentorship of an established developer in Greater Charlotte, Markayle shares his expertise through development starter courses, consulting, and mentorship. His strategic skills have propelled his company, Paradigm Shifterz LLC, to a valuation one million dollars in just its first year.
