Email parablegame.support@gmail.com with your device model, iOS version, app version, and a description of the issue. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or private custom-card content.
How to play
One player gives clues while their team guesses the answer, without saying any of the five forbidden words. Use Correct, Pass, and Buzz during the timed round, then pass the device to the next team. Settings lets you choose Regular, Difficult, or Mixed cards, themed decks, round length, scoring, and co-op play.
Parable! Plus
Core gameplay and the built-in card library are free. Plus is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. It adds custom cards, custom-deck-only games, challenge rounds, and detailed game-night recaps. The app shows the price in your local currency before purchase.
Restore a purchase
Open Parable! Plus and choose Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. An internet connection may be needed. Apple manages billing and refund requests. Restore Purchases restores Plus ownership separately from custom-card recovery. Synced cards use your iCloud account, which may differ from the Apple Account used for purchases.
Custom cards and saved games
Custom cards save on your device first. When iCloud is available, they sync to your private iCloud account. Wait for “Synced to iCloud” before deleting the app or relying on recovery on another device. Use the same iCloud account to recover synced cards; restore Plus separately if needed. Device-only or unsynced cards may be lost when the app is deleted. Game-night history remains local.
Existing device-only cards stay separate until you choose to import them into your active iCloud deck.
If saving fails, keep your draft open and retry. If sync is pending, check your internet connection, iCloud account, and available iCloud storage, then use Sync cards now. Do not uninstall to troubleshoot an unsynced deck. Contact support if the problem continues.
Music and Game Center
Use the music toggle to turn background music on or off. Game Center is optional and is not required to play.
