Peoples Voice was founded in 2018 by Lim Tean, who has been secretary-general ever since. The party believes in serving Singaporeans by putting Singaporeans first and prioritizing Singaporeans. 

Democratic Progressive Party has existed in various forms since 1973, but has been active in its current form since 2012. The party believes in helping Singaporeans who currently are suffering the impacts of high cost of living.
