• Served as Guest Lecturer in Psychology at Surendranath College, Kolkata from 18th December 2007 to 26th February 2009.

• Serving as State Aided College Teacher in Psychology at Surendranath College, Kolkata from 2nd March 2009 till date.

• Had been awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) (Sc.) in Applied Psychology by the University of Calcutta in October, 2022.

 Title of The Thesis: “Identification of some psychological attributes as correlates of adjustment among undergraduate freshmen of Calcutta University.”
