When can I expect my order?

-We take 3-5 buisness days to process your order or in other words- handcraft and perfectly package it. Once it is ready, to ship it can generally take from anywhere between 2-9 days untill you recive you order in the US. In short to process, ship and deliver your order it can take from anywhere between 1-2 weeks. If shipping is taking abnormally long and if you are reciving any issues/delays in reciving your order contact us ASAP! Here at Papillions.luv we take customer satisfaction very seriosly and will try our best to complete orders in a timley manner and will immediatly notify you of any delays.

Is shipping included in the price?

Unfortunatly we do not include shipping charges in our listed price, since we are completely nonprofit all of the proceeds from your order will directly go to a charity, we would need you to seperatly pay for shipping

What if I recieved broken/damaged order?

-As clay rings especially are very delicate, we do out best to carefully package them to avoid mishaps. Although if you do recive a broken ring or necklace, please email us your order details and reciept and send us upto 2-3 photos of your order so we can adress the issue and ship a new one out. You will recieve your order in the regualr time frame of 1-2 weeks depending on your location and severity of damage. *IMPORTANT NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON YOUR ORDER*

How can I cancel my order?

Refer to the Etsy cancelling order policies on their website, we do not offer refunds and cancellacions after your order has been processed as all our products are made to order and all proceeds are donated immediatly we cannot accept refund requests. If you would still like to cancel/refund please reach out to us on email with your order details and we will do our best to work something out.

How do I know if my payment was donated?

-Upon placing your order and selecting you charity topic of choice, depending on various factors like the charity you selected and the quantity of you donation, we will eithet send you a printed conformation of your donation in your order or send it digitally through email 1-2 weeks after you have recieved your order.

Is there a way for me to be a part of the team?

Yes definatly, as we will love to expand our team! If you are interested in becoming a part of the team we suggest that you either DM us on instagram or send us an email expressing your interest and *SPECIFY WHAT POSITION YOU WANT TO APPLY FOR* and then we will send you a quick application google form, after applying we will let you know of your selection in a week.

Here are the positions we offer:

-Instagram creator- create posts, reels and stories to submit to our instagram manager

-Intragram manager- upload posts, reels, and stories and develop intreguing captions as well as reply to DM's and comments.

-Product developer- develop original desingn sketches for new products and submit them for review to our main team.

-Product designer- Have the Opportunity to handcraft and package our products *requires training*

- Website manager- Update products, photos, FAQ coloumn and descriptions on out website

-Etsy shop manager- Receive orders, keep track of donations, maintain and regularily update schedule of order status and details.

-Brand model- Take product photos for our instagram/etsy/website, not required to show face, photos must be innovative, creative and comply with the shops's aesthetic. You might also have to digitally edit them for clarity or aesthetic appeal.
