4. GAME CENTER
If you sign in to Apple Game Center, scores may be submitted to Apple’s Game Center leaderboards.
That data is processed by Apple under Apple’s privacy terms and Game Center rules.
If you are not signed in to Game Center, scores remain on your device only.
5. INTERNET ACCESS AND EXTERNAL LINKS
The App may use the internet when you:
• connect to Game Center
• tap Share or Rate (opens Apple App Store / system share sheets)
Those services are operated by Apple (or the destination you choose) and are governed by their own policies.
6. CHILDREN
The App is intended for a general audience (App Store age rating 4+).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what Apple may process if a player chooses to use Game Center.
7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Local game data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear the App’s data through the system.
Game Center data is managed by Apple according to your Apple ID / Game Center settings.
8. YOUR CHOICES
You can:
• play without signing in to Game Center
• disable sound and haptics in Settings
• change language and appearance in the App
• delete the App to remove locally stored data

Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

3. NO SUBSCRIPTIONS OR ADS
The App does not include subscriptions, advertising, or in-app purchases for extra content.
Access is provided through your App Store purchase and Apple’s standard license restoration for reinstalls on your devices.

5. GAME CENTER

All rights in the App—including name, game design, artwork concepts, text, and software—belong to the publisher unless otherwise stated.
You may not use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
7. DISCLAIMER
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
